Each tasting will include
- 100ml taste of each wine in your selected range (five or six wines) per person packaged in your own personal bottles. Not all of the wine will be enjoyed in the tasting, so you will have some wine to take home with you and enjoy at the end of your day.
- An individual cheese serving matched to your selection of wines.
- Tasting notes and a tutored tasting with one of our Cellar Door Staff.
The Offshoot Range features a Verdelho, Vermentino, Chardonnay, Off-Dry Semillon and Tempranillo Rosé. Showcasing contemporary Hunter Valley varieties and styles.
Classic Range tasting: $45 per person
Our Classic Range highlights Semillon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz – varieties that are traditionally grown in the Hunter Valley.
‘The Obsessive’ Range: $60 per person
‘The Obsessive’ Range showcases the iconic Hunter Valley varieties of Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz from single vineyard sites. In this tasting you will also taste a Museum Obsessive Chardonnay and Shiraz.
Buds & Beads Non-alcoholic: $20 per person
This locally made Sparkling Tea is the perfect non-alcoholic option. Choose a piccolo to suit your tastes; Ginger Rose, Silver Needles or Before Rain. Served with cheese.
Bookings are essential and each tasting will run for a 1 hour duration. Our maximum group booking size is 12 people. You can select a mix of tasting options in your booking (ie, your group does not have to select the same tasting), however we can only offer one tasting per person. If your friends have booked separately, please let us know so we can seat you together. Please make a note in your booking if you have children or a driver that will need to be seated with you. We also have an outdoor grassy area where children can play (weather permitting) while you enjoy your tasting.
