Each tasting will include

  •  5 x 30ml poured tasting of a selection of wines in your chosen range. 
  • An individual cheese plate plus an added extra morsel.
  • Tasting notes and a tutored tasting with one of our Cellar Door team.  


Offshoot Range: $30 per person
The Offshoot Range features a Verdelho, Vermentino, Chardonnay, Off-Dry Semillon, Rosé and Red Blend. Showcasing contemporary Hunter Valley varieties and styles. Served with House-made bread and Dukkah.
 
Classic Range: $40 per person
Our Classic Range highlights Semillon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Late Harvest – varieties that are traditionally grown in the Hunter. Served with House-made bread and Local Cured Meat.
  
‘The Obsessive’ Range: $50 per person
‘The Obsessive’ Range showcases the iconic Hunter Valley varieties of Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz from single vineyard sites. In this tasting you will also taste Museum Releases of our Obsessive Chardonnay and Shiraz. Served with House-made bread and Paté.

Non-Alcoholic
Option - Kréol Sparkling Infusions: $20 per person
A refreshing, non-alcoholic beverage option for a driver or children. These natural sparkling creations have no trace of alcohol or caffeine and have the added benefit of providing antioxidants from natural fruit products. Choose from Ginger Lime, Tropical Pineapple or Raspberry Lemonade. Each 330ml Kréol can is served with an individual cheese plate.

Bookings are essential and each tasting will run for a 1 hour duration. Our maximum group booking size is 12 people. You can select a mix of tasting options in your booking (ie, your group does not have to select the same tasting), however we can only offer one tasting per person. If your friends have booked separately, please let us know so we can seat you together. Please make a note in your booking if you have children or a driver that will need to be seated with you. We also have an outdoor grassy area where children can play (weather permitting) while you enjoy your tasting. Our booking terms and conditions are available to view here.
